Plum Living has partnered with RainbowVision Properties Inc. to consider the development of a progressive living community for The Second Fifty Years.  This community will welcome LGBTQ and our friends and families.  To learn more about this community, please see our frequently asked questions (FAQ's).

To indicate your interest and to guarantee your involvement and home in this community, make a $1,000 fully refundable "Community Member Deposit".  Community member deposits are essential for the development of the community.  Your deposit tells RainbowVision Vancouver that you want this community to be developed in Vancouver.

Community Member Deposits are are held in designated term deposit accounts with Vancity Savings Credit Union, a renowned LGBT community supporter. The deposit is Yours and as such is fully refundable at any time, or at the community member's request, will be credited against additional commitments or towards the purchase of a specific condominium or rental suite in this community.
